CJC-1295 without DAC, also called Modified GRF (1-29), is a 29-residue analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone carrying four amino acid substitutions that improve its stability relative to native GRF. It lacks the Drug Affinity Complex moiety found in the long-acting version, which makes it a distinct molecule rather than a variant.
